
Kanzi™ graphics engine support is available in three different forms: basic support, advanced support and full support. Basic supportThe basic support includes email based communications with Futuremark support personnel. The guaranteed response time is 48 hours.Advanced supportThe advanced support is mainly based on email with guaranteed response time of 12 hours and possibility for scheduled phone support for urgent issues.Enhanced supportThe full support package includes dedicated support engineer with email and phone access and a guaranteed response time of 12 hours. Licensees within the Enhanced support program are also eligible for customized hot fix releases (releases are decided upon and controlled by Futuremark).
