Futuremark is pleased to announce the release of a new version of 3DMarkŪ05 - Build 1.3.0!

Available immediately, this free downloadable software patch provides the only valid version (1.3.0) of 3DMark05. Only scores obtained through the new version 1.3.0 and with approved drivers will be used in official statistics, comparisons and services provided by Futuremark.

Futuremark encourages everyone to download the latest build (1.3.0) to ensure comparable 3DMark05 results. Please check your 3DMark05 version. It can be viewed when starting 3DMark05 in the splash-screen, or from the righ mouse button menu "about".

New feature for the Basic Edition (Free)

3DMark05 Build 1.3.0 introduces a new feature for all Basic Edition users - the score is viewable online only. The Professional and Business Editions also show the results in the offline mode as normal. This new feature will enable new users to instantly get an analysis of their system, and to easily compare their results to others. The new online service "Result Analyzer" is one of the key elements of the next generation of benchmarks from Futuremark.

Fixes & Updates

• Fixed looping crash;
• Improved startup speed by optimizing the SystemInfo component;
• Updated SystemInfo component with support for the latest CPU and graphics hardware;
• Fixed all reported & reproduced issues.

Important Notes:

• 3DMark05 Build 1.3.0 is the only supported version of 3DMark05. The Online ResultBrowser doesn't allow any submissions from any of the previous versions of 3DMark05.
• 3DMark05 Build 1.3.0 is available only as a full installation package.
• Your current registration codes for 3DMark05 works for Build 1.3.0 as well.
